Spring 2007 Registration for New Teams

Dear Interested Sponsor and/or Captain,

The Olde English Dart League of Philadelphia (O.E.D.L.) is currently seeking to add new dart teams for the Spring 2007 half-season. The OEDL will accept new teams up to January 9, 2007. The OEDL plays matches on Tuesday nights and sponsors of a team can expect 4-6 nights of business on a match nights The season will start January 30, 2007 and will run until early April (see schedule on back). A team can have from seven (7) to ten (10) players one of which will be the Captain and another Captain Pro-Tem.

The OEDL consists of several Divisions of usually six (6) or four (4) teams per division though it may be necessary to have five (5) teams in some divisions. The fees for the Spring ‘06 half-season, due at registration are as follows:

Sponsor fee $150, which includes an OEDL dartboard.

Player fees $30 per dart shooter. (Sponsors are not obligated to pay player fees)

Please make any checks payable to the OEDL.

Though not an obligation, the OEDL asks as a courtesy, that the home sponsor provides a snack and offers a small discount on drinks for dart shooters on match nights.

If you would like to add a team for the Spring '07 half-season, please fill out the attached registration form. The captain must be entered on line 1) and the Pro-Tem on line 2). The remaining shooters can be listed in any order. For all players, the OEDL requires Full Name (no nicknames), address and phone #, this information is used for contacting player on league matters only and is not provided to any outside services. Once completed, you may mail the registration and dues to:

FEE STRUCTURE

Total Amount of Fees for 2007 Spring Season due at Registration Deadline (1/9/07)

7 player team $150 sponsor fee + 7 x $30 player fee = $360

8 player team $150 sponsor fee + 8 x $30 player fee = $390

9 player team $150 sponsor fee + 9 x $30 player fee = $420

10 player team $150 sponsor fee + 10 x $30 player fee = $450
