The New official Dave Moscariello  "Triple 18" Practice Board.  Through-out Philadelphia in many bars, when someone hits a triple 18 when trying for a triple 20 someone often yells out "you hit a Moscariello" or a "Moscarello" or a "Mosk".  There are a few other variations as well.  It has been rumored as far away as England and Ireland that the term is used.
